I really like the format of this blog post, however the CT state numbers are seemingly not that great, except that home values/pricing are unarguably creeping upward! New Canaan, on the other hand, is ROARING – one example is that we have 46 properties pending right now (2 weeks before Christmas) vs. 15 properties last year at this time – a 200% increase – we are BUSY, and we expect 2011 to be a GREAT year. Well done on the blog Supriya !!!

the numbers does not always materially impact the end result, specially when properly analyzed. Great information and reference! I appreciate you sharing this with the rest of us William.
