RENEWAL PROTECTION: We offer approximately 15 carriers across 6 states and this is vitally important not only in initially securing insurance but renewing your insurance. If a carrier raises your rates from year to year, we have the ability to obtain equal or better coverage with our other carriers who may have significantly lower annual premiums.
Be an educated consumer. Some of the biggest direct insurance carriers have great commercials. While many of us find them humorous or impressive, don’t be fooled by a well-produced advertisement. The direct carriers pay a lot for their marketing and great insurance rates do not always follow great commercials! More importantly on renewal you have few or no options. FLOOD PROTECTION: It is Spring! While winter in the northeast was mild this year, flooding has and does occur in places not defined as problem flood zones.
