At the end of January, Twitter announced the introduction of Vine, a new video service that allows users to create six-second looping video montages and share them instantly to Twitter and Facebook. While Vine is no replacement for more intensive video platforms, like YouTube, it’s definitely an interesting addition to your social arsenal.

In January 2013, as compared to January 2012, the housing market in New England and New York saw strong increases in overall unit sales and sharp decreases in total inventory. Additionally, most states saw increases in average sale prices. All of these indicators point toward a growing and strengthening housing market.
