It’s about time to hear such good news. I have family in Providence (Rhode Island), South Lebanon (Maine), Connecticut, and New York City (where I was born and raised). I’ve lived in the Southwest and the Midwest since 2001 and have since met the love of my live and married her. We’ve been considering a move back to the city (a house convenient to the 5 boroughs) and a getaway in Westchester, but have not been sure about the market (availability, location, etc). This info reassures me tremendously! Question: from when do you ascertain your data?
