Local Housing Data: July 2013

In July 2013, as compared to July 2012, Unit Sales*, as well as Average and Median Price, were up throughout the Northeast. Westchester County, New York saw a 19.1% increase in Unit Sales, while Connecticut saw a 14% jump. Inventory and Months of Supply continue to fall across the region, with months of supply dropping to 5.4 in Massachusetts, down from 8.3 a year ago.
