In January 2014, as compared to January 2013, Average Sales Price* rose consistently throughout the Northeast, with Connecticut, Massachusetts and Westchester County seeing 24.2%, 15.2% and 27.4% increases, respectively. However, as the Spring market waits, Unit Sales slowed in Connecticut and Massachusetts, while Westchester County saw a dramatic increase of 47.7%.
