Joy Baldridge

joyJoy Baldridge, CPC, CSP, has been the #1 Sales Professional in every position held.  Her first speaking engagement was at the White House at the age of 19. She got there by cold calling the president.  Joy works with the best organizations and associations in the world with the sole goal of helping the best become even better at increasing revenue and productivity while decreasing frustration and stress.

Joy is the author of the Fast Forward MBA in Selling, published by John Wiley & Sons. She has been a guest on many radio programs, and was the host of a talk show on Cablevision where she interviewed CEO’s of fortune 500 companies and asked how they were able to make it to the top. Graduating with degrees in Philosophy and Political Economics, Matthew Ferrara opened his first business in 1991 helping salespeople use technology to increase their sales. He has spent twenty years working with sales and marketing industries, with a special focus on real estate and finance, trainers and management teams.

Today Matthew helps his clients prepare for the challenges of the next generation of consumers, markets and technologies by unlocking their creativity, passion and intellect.
