Current Market Conditions: April 2014

In April 2014, as compared to April 2013, Months of Supply* continued to fall around the Northeast, with Connecticut (-3.8%), Massachusetts (-10.8%), Westchester County, New York (-33.1%) and Rhode Island (-2.4%) all seeing declines. However, Average Sales Price rose across the board, with gains of 12.9%, 10.9%, 12.1% and 12.8% in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Westchester County and Rhode Island, respectively.
