Current Market Conditions: June 2014

Average Sales Prices* continued to increase in most markets across the Northeast through the end of June 2014, as compared to the same period last year. Months of Supply also fell, which added to continually increasing average sales prices. Notably, prices rose 9.8 percent in Rhode Island, 7.4 percent in Massachusetts, 7.1 percent in Westchester County, New York and 5.4 percent in Connecticut.
