Current Market Conditions: July 2014

In July 2014, as compared to July 2013, Average Sales Price* continued to rise across the Northeast. Prices rose 3.2% in Connecticut, 6.7% in Massachusetts (5.1% on Cape Cod, alone), 6.9% in Westchester County, New York, 8.5% in Rhode Island and 7.1% in New Hampshire. Additionally, Unit Sales saw a slight bump in Vermont, with sales increasing 0.2% year-over-year.
