In August 2014, as compared to August 2013, Average Sales Price* continued to rise across the Northeast. Prices rose 2.8% in Connecticut, 6.4% in Massachusetts (7.2% on Cape Cod, alone), 6.0% in Westchester County, New York, 6.3% in Rhode Island and 6.4% in New Hampshire. Additionally, the state of Vermont saw a 7.5% increase in New Listings, year-over-year, while Maine saw a 23% increase in Unit Sales.
