In July 2015, as compared to July 2014, Unit Sales* rose 9.8% in Connecticut, 12.6% in New York**, 24.7% in Manhattan, 21.9% in Brooklyn, 8.7% in Rhode Island, 17.4% in Vermont and 10.8% in New Hampshire. Meanwhile, Sales Price rose 5.5% in Massachusetts and 4.4% in Maine.
