In August 2015, as compared to July 2014, Unit Sales* rose 9.9% in Connecticut, 12.5% in New York**, 18.1% in Manhattan, 24.7% in Brooklyn, 9.5% in Rhode Island, 17.4% in Vermont and 10.8% in New Hampshire. Meanwhile, Sales Price rose 6.6% in Massachusetts and 4.4% in Maine.
