On Tuesday, July 12th, 2016, William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance held an internal networking event for our agents at the University Club in New York, NY. Agents from Westchester and Fairfield counties converged with NYC Raveis brokers. The purpose of the event was to allow agents to expand their network, therefore making it easier to market each listing to a wider scope of people.
Held at the private social club, 250 Raveis agents from our 11 offices in Westchester and our 14 offices in Fairfield County gathered to refer business over breakfast. Chris Raveis, co-President of William Raveis, spoke about the power of prospecting through other agents, networking throughout our 9 state footprint and using each other’s local knowledge to its full potential. Kathy Braddock and Paul Purcell, Managing Directors of our NYC office with 60 years combined real estate experience between them, assessed on how the NYC buyer is interested in eventually moving out of the city and the importance of utilizing our urban brokers to bridge the gap. Braddock speaks to the vast difference between Raveis and other brokerages. “There’s no other firm in New York City that has the William Raveis footprint. Circulating on the main projection and several monitors throughout the room were exceptional listings from our agents, providing visuals of what we have to offer each other.
