After a total renovation, William Raveis Rye has introduced a new sleek design to their pristine facade on Purchase Street. Eighty residents of Rye, NY attended the a ribbon cutting event on Monday the 26th of June to chat and witness the changes to the office. Marylin Hoffman, manager of the Rye office tells us, “The modern and polished yet warm environment sparkles. We are thrilled.”
With hors d’oeuvres, prosecco & rosé flowing, sales associates, clients & neighbors took in the brand new atmosphere. Hoffman continues, “With it’s glass window front and modern interior, our new office is the most inviting business on Purchase Street. We have a collaboration area with an open kitchen, coffee station and a lovely table for sharing lunch and creative ideas. Outside of the conference room is a small sitting area for other impromptu meetings.” Hoffman, a vice president of sales, associate broker and manager with William Raveis in Rye says, “We originally opened in April of 2009 with twelve agents, and now we have thirty.”
The new space lends a vibrant atmosphere for sales associates. A sleek design and contemporary furniture and light fixtures were installed, as well as glass-walled conference rooms, opening up the office format. In addition, new benching and overhead TV monitors to view listings and company news were installed. Keeping with William Raveis’ high-tech reputation, the office has been furnished with mobile-friendly work stations and charging portals for any smart device, allowing greater interactions among the agents. An open office plan is seen to be the future of business, facilitating a more constructive and communicative environment for sales associates.
As one of New England and Florida’s leading real estate companies with their technological innovations, it was only natural for William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance to continue the advances by updating the interiors of many branches.
