Monday, April 20th, 2009FARMINGTON, CT. – The University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT was the scene of the recent ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly-opened William Raveis ACS Patient Navigator Program at the Carole and Ray Neag Comprehensive Cancer Center, as a result of a landmark $750,000 pledge from the William Raveis Charitable Fund, Inc. Attendees included William Raveis, chairman and CEO, William Raveis Real Estate; Carolyn D. Runowicz, M.D., director of the Neag Comprehensive Cancer Center and a past president of the American Cancer Society;

$20,000 Winners Drawn at William Raveis TARGET-20K Drawing
Thursday, December 4th, 2008SHELTON, CT – A smiling William Raveis reached into a TARGET-20K spinning drum on December 3rd at the Shelton Headquarters of William Raveis Real Estate in front of 100 hopeful agents from 41 different real estate companies in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and pulled out the names of 2 very excited sales teams who are now $20,000 richer.
The event was the first drawing in the company’s TARGET-20K program. T-20K is an incentive program that motivates real estate associates to show William Raveis TARGET-20K homes. It offers any real estate agent that sells and closes a TARGET-20K house a one-in-fifty chance to win $10,000. For every 50 TARGET-20K houses that sell, the William Raveis company holds two drawings; one where the listing associate wins $10,000 and one where the selling agent wins $10,000. Houses currently in the program range in price from $16.5 million to $70 thousand and are located throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.
