Meanwhile, Average Sales Price increased 35.2% in Brooklyn and 4.6% in Massachusetts, while Sales to List Price Ratio increased 2.3% in Maine.

In December 2014, as compared to December 2013, Unit Sales* rose across the Northeast. Unit Sales rose 0.7% in New York**, 5.1% in Manhattan, 21.8% in Brooklyn, 1.9% in Vermont, 0.7% in New Hampshire and 8.7% in Maine. Average Sales Price was also on the rise, with prices rising 0.3% in Connecticut, 5.6% in Massachusetts and 5.6% in Rhode Island.

Prices rose 1.3% in Connecticut, 20.5% in Manhattan, 14.2% in Brooklyn, 5.7% in Massachusetts, 6.8% in Westchester County, New York, 5.3% in Rhode Island and 5.2% in New Hampshire.  Additionally, the state of Vermont saw a 7.4% increase in New Listings, year-over-year, while Maine saw a 7.0% increase in Unit Sales.
