After three successful years running the Raveis Ride + Walk, a company run event to raise money for cancer research, Bill Raveis was honored by Moffly Media for his charitable contributions. The Light A Fire Awards salute individuals and organizations from across lower Fairfield County who have gone beyond the ordinary to extraordinary in their giving back to our community. From philanthropists and volunteers to organizations helping families, children and other members of our communities, the honorees are truly unique.
Today’s spotlight falls on Rose Ciardiello, a successful agent & working mother from Guilford, CT. Rose is a three-time breast cancer survivor and has appeared in ads for Black House White Market & Guess Jean, aptly named “Beauty Beyond Breast Cancer,” which highlight real women who have beat the disease. Proceeds from store and catalog sales benefited the Living Beyond Breast Cancer Organization. Catch up on Rose’s life today below & watch her special videos here & here.
