In March 2016, as compared to March 2015, Unit Sales* rose 18.3% in Connecticut, 20.9% in New York**, 9.3% in Manhattan, 17.5% in Brooklyn, 14.6% in Rhode Island, 13.7% in Vermont and 21.6% in New Hampshire. Meanwhile, Sales to List Price rose 0.6% in Massachusetts and 1.1% in Maine.

In January 2015, as compared to January 2014, Months of Supply* rose 8.2% in Connecticut and 2.1% in New York**. Unit Sales jumped 4.7% in Manhattan, 3.1% in Rhode Island, 5.9% in Vermont and 5.0% in New Hampshire. Meanwhile, Average Sales Price increased 35.2% in Brooklyn and 4.6% in Massachusetts, while Sales to List Price Ratio increased 2.3% in Maine.

Current Market Conditions: December 2014

In December 2014, as compared to December 2013, Unit Sales* rose across the Northeast. Unit Sales rose 0.7% in New York**, 5.1% in Manhattan, 21.8% in Brooklyn, 1.9% in Vermont, 0.7% in New Hampshire and 8.7% in Maine. Average Sales Price was also on the rise, with prices rising 0.3% in Connecticut, 5.6% in Massachusetts and 5.6% in Rhode Island.

Current Market Conditions: October 2014

In October 2014, as compared to October 2013, Average Sales Price* continued to rise across the Northeast. Prices rose 1.3% in Connecticut, 20.7% in Manhattan, 12.9% in Brooklyn, 5.4% in Massachusetts, 6.9% in Westchester County, New York, 6.0% in Rhode Island and 5.4% in New Hampshire. Additionally, the state of Vermont saw an 8.0% increase in New Listings, year-over-year, while Maine saw a 10% increase in Unit Sales.
