What drew you to the real estate industry?
With an underwriting and mortgage audit background, I felt the urge to step out from behind the desk and help clients reach their real estate goals from a different angle. I received my real estate license in 2011 and recently received my broker’s license in 2017. I chose William Raveis Real Estate because they offer cutting-edge, industry-leading technology and tools, as well as amazing support to their agents.

Where did you grow up and where do you live now?
I am proud to say I am a lifelong Fairfield county resident. I was born and raised in Norwalk, CT and just recently moved to North Stratford with my wife, Melinda, our four-year old son, Samuel III, and eight-month old daughter, Madison.

Name one celebrity, dead or alive, who you would like to sell a home?
I would choose Hall of Fame Coach Tony Dungy. He has reached the highest level of coaching with utmost integrity.

Name five things that most people don’t know about you.
I love everything outdoorsy! Naps on the beach, snorkeling and exploring reefs in the Caribbean, fishing and vacationing with my family. I am an avid fan of America’s favorite pastime, baseball, and I love to play.
You are stranded on a deserted island for one year, you get to bring three things – Tell us what they are.
My Bible, my family and Dairy Queen. (Give me a Blizzard any day and I’ll be a happy man).

Most used feature on Raveis365? Most used app on your phone?
My most used feature on Raveis365 is the listing notifications and market reports. I use it daily to keep clients up to speed on new listings that hit the market. Market reports keeps my clients close to the pulse of the market. The most used app on my phone is definitely Google Duo. I use this app to video chat with friends and family. I also use this app to do virtual tours of homes for international and out-of-state clients.

What is the best advice you received from your parents or loved ones?
Always be honest and do your best at whatever you do.

If you weren’t in real estate, what would be your dream job?
I’d be teaching swim lessons to the youth. I think too many children don’t know how to swim and we cannot risk any possible danger for our kids.
