William Raveis Real Estate Establishes New Leads Division

William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance (WRRE), the top family-owned real estate company spanning the Northeast to Florida, announces they have established a new division devoted to lead procurement and development. The Leads division will provide new, strategic lead opportunities to WRRE sales associates through multiple channels, including a customer service center, referrals and relocation. In addition, the new division will leverage new technologies and partnerships to enhance the listing distribution of clients’ homes to millions of prospective buyersThirty-year WRRE veteran and Vice President of Relocation, Kim Givens, has been tapped to lead the new division and deliver best-in-class service for agents across WRRE’s nine-state footprint.

“Driving leads has always been one of our top priorities, since launching our Digital First initiative last year, we have quadrupled the amount of leads delivered to our agents. This new division is the next step to enhance our agent and consumer experience,” said WRRE Co-President Ryan Raveis. “Kim has been a star as the head of our award-winning Relocation group, making it one of the top in the country. She has shown great leadership, and we are excited for her to grow this division.”

“The ultimate goal is to drive even more business to our agents,” said Givens. “We want this new division to be like a super center of referrals.”

As part of this new division, William Raveis also announces a new partnership with Boost by Home Spotter to power digital advertising for outbound company initiatives as well as agents’ brand and property initiatives, which will be available on April 29.

The new benefit to agents is the ability to automatically create digital ads on Facebook, Instagram, and across the Internet. The goal is to help agents conduct business as efficiently and effectively as possible; this new system replaces the manual process to create social media ads while providing better notifications to agents when users interact with ads.

As part of the outbound advertising efforts, WRRE will utilize ads to promote the brand to geo-targeted and curated audiences, while agents can utilize the scale of WRRE’s footprint and partnerships to promote their own brand or listings. The program’s social media listing advertisements are supported by an intelligent, data-driven algorithm reaching thousands of individuals identified as likely homebuyers based on specific property and demographic criteria.

In addition, WRRE is also investing in new technologies that will support their full-service customer response team so they can offer direct consumer support as well as virtual executive assistant services to sales associates. The customer service center is an important component of the company’s leads operation, providing support to agents as well as engaging directly with consumers. The group provides end-to-end transaction tracking as well as being on call to answer questions around the clock by voice, text, or chat.

“We continue to build upon our lead generation and digital marketing ecosystem to meet the demands of the new consumer and make life easier on our sales associates,” said Raveis.
