William Raveis has been named among best in luxury by Luxury Lifestyle Awards (LLA), a worldwide organization selecting, recognizing, celebrating, and promoting the best luxury goods and services all over the world.

Each year, thousands of international luxury brands compete, but only a handful of companies are recognized for top luxury performance. The Luxury Lifestyles Awards’ Organizing Committee, an independent entity, has a rigorous review process and nominees must clearly meet all criteria to win. Jamie Zdru, Executive Director, Luxury Properties with William Raveis Real Estate explains, “We’re proud of our luxury specialists and the outstanding teamwork by our luxury marketing and tech teams on behalf of their clients.” The company has an impressive track record. Last year alone, William Raveis agents’ made headlines for the highest selling price, at $32.5M for a stunning direct waterfront home in Nantucket, MA and a magnificent $49.5M beachfront estate in Port Royal, Florida.

Luxury is Everywhere

Whether looking to buy or sell a work of art, or an uber-luxury estate, having a trusted partner like William Raveis is an essential. The luxury real estate market across the company’s footprint, from Maine to Florida, and throughout much of the United States had a fantastic year in 2021. In fact, William Raveis had its best year ever with over $21B in total sales, up 26% over the previous year. This performance speaks to the level of confidence entrusted to the Raveis agents by a high-net-worth clientele who rely on the company’s local expertise and its premier global real estate networks.

William “Bill” Raveis, CEO and Chairman founded William Raveis in 1977 and continues to raise the bar for luxury clients and customers, stating, “Luxury properties have seen a surge everywhere, and the numbers speak for themselves. Average housing prices have increased at a minimum of 8-10 percent. In our high-end markets, like Nantucket, Cape Cod, Greenwich, Palm Beach, and Naples, as well as our expansion branches in Sarasota and Jupiter Island, housing has had a tremendous appreciation. In some areas, prices are up by as much as 30 percent year to date.”

William Raveis Leads the Luxury Real Estate Industry

A winning combination of personal service, award-winning marketing, technology innovation, and agent-coaching and mentorship programs keep William Raveis at the forefront of the luxury real estate industry. This is to be expected of the number one independent family-owned real estate company in the Northeast and Florida according to Real Trends. Bill Raveis shares his thoughts for the months ahead, “I anticipate prices to climb substantially during 2022, regardless of the location. The demand is very high, and inventory is very low. The average time on market is down almost 50 percent in our luxury markets. The excess inventory we had two years ago has sold, and because of high demand, it has not had an opportunity to rebuild fast enough. This is a phenomenon I haven’t seen in 48 years in the business! In addition, prices will continue to climb, regardless of rising interest rates. Luxury housing is an asset that will beat the interest rate cycle, and price appreciation will beat inflation. It is still a buyer’s market, even though inventory is low.”
